Completion of Group or Meal Booking

After the booking is done, please pay 30% deposit within 3 days. Once it is overdue, the farm has a right to give the seats to other guests.

☆ To reschedule or to cancel the booking is mainly according to the land warning for a typhoon in Yilan area or tourist regions. It is not allowed to reschedule or cancel due to rainy days or other typhoons.
★ After the booking is done, please remit or transfer the payment to the appointed

bank account within 3 days (included booking day), and call to notify the last 4 digits
of the transferred account .The cancellation will be made once it is overdue.

☆ When the irresistible factors like typhoon, earthquake or others happen (based on the announcement from the local government) on the booking date, the full deposit can be refunded or be reserved for 3 months.

★ Cancellation made 14 days prior to the arrival date: 100% deposit refund

Cancellation made 10 days~13 days prior to the arrival date: 70% deposit refund

Cancellation made 7 days~9 days prior to the arrival date: 50% deposit refund

Cancellation made 4 days~6 days prior to the arrival date: 40% deposit refund

Cancellation made 2 days~3 days prior to the arrival date: 30% deposit refund

Cancellation made 1 day prior to the arrival date: 20% deposit refund
